Shipping Policy – Amber Grain

At Amber Grain, all products are handcrafted in small batches and carefully prepared for shipment. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Pre-Orders & Curing Time
Some Amber Grain products may be offered as pre-orders. These items are made fresh and require a curing period (typically 4–6 weeks) before they are ready to ship.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to wait for the full curing time before your order is shipped.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–9 business days
  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD (before taxes and after discounts), within Canada.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Amber Grain is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Amber Grain is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will review and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
