Return & Refund Policy – Amber Grain (Canada)

At Amber Grain, we handcraft small-batch skincare products with care and attention to quality. Due to the hygienic nature of personal care items, we maintain the following return and refund policy in accordance with Canadian consumer standards.

Returns & Exchanges
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

We only accept returns or offer replacements/refunds if:

  • The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or
  • You received the wrong item

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ambergrain.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Allergy & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer
Our products are made with natural ingredients; however, individual reactions may vary. Please review all ingredients carefully before use. Amber Grain is not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full application.

Shipping & Delivery
Amber Grain is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Consumer Rights (Canada)
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, including rights related to defective or misrepresented products.
